At Croisette café, one can enjoy authentic French
food, French pastries & desserts with great value for money. Dishes served here such as Bouillabaisse,
Duck confit, Beef bourguignon, Coq au vin, Rotissaladière, Salad Landaise,
pastries & desserts are all homemade.
At Croisette café, one will enjoy typical bistro gourmet food, the same
that is available all over France. A
short but good selection of wines with value for money is available at
Croisette café too.
The desserts are all create & handmade by Chef
Pierre. One of the most wanted desserts
here is Chocolate orange parfait that has been given thumbs up by many who had
tried it. His very own creations also
include Passion Indulgence cake, Trio Chocolate cake, Dauyong Chocolate cake,
Multi fruit tarts, Lemon tart and many more.
All cakes and tarts are available in a slice for dine in and in whole
cake for take away.
The team
Croisette café is very much a Chef-driven place, with chef Pierre’s
constant presence in the kitchen. Chef
Pierre is an F&B expert who participated in numerous operations, from 5* hotels in Europe, Africa and Middle East to oil and gas catering operations.. More recently, he has created and operated several restaurants in France and
over the world for the past 15years. One of these restaurants graced with 1
hat and a 14/20 notation in the guide Gault & Millau (competitor to
Michelin).
Having left France and
currently semi retired in Malaysia, chef Pierre has
brought his passion to Croisette café. He is passionate about his job. He
always says “I like to eat and I cook
what I like to eat. Every dish I cook, I do as if it is for my family, I put my
heart into it.”
At Croisette café, chef Pierre creates the recipes and cooks all the
dishes, bakes pastries and desserts everyday. His constant presence ensures the
consistency of the cooking method, the quality and freshness of each dish.
Michelle is the host who ensures your dining experience smooth and will
take great cares of her guests
Our main objective and concern is serving quality food at affordable
price. We strongly believe French food doesn’t have to be expensive and does
not exist only in fine dining.
